I think we all rely too often on the phrase, “JUST GIVE ME A SIGN”!!!
How many of us receive those signs and have no idea what they mean, or even realize that they are signs?
I sometimes try to create my own signs. I reflect deeply on something that has happened or how I feel towards a person and then decide what that feeling means to me.
“Needing a sign” I believe comes from within. It’s not just a want, it’s an internal need in a slightly desperate emotional state. Deep reflection may possibly be the “sign” we need.
Try to find your own “sign” and reflect on it. What does this “sign” mean for you?
Sometimes I feel like I’ve hit the end of my current path. Should I choose a new one? Should I stay on my current path and wait for a change?
Have you ever been stuck in that 50/50 and you don’t know what to choose? The new paths aren’t visual yet because they haven’t been taken. You have no idea what is to come on this new path.
The path you are on is somewhat clear. You know what’s happening and possibly what can or will happen.
If you don’t like your current path, what keeps us on it? What prevents us from just starting over?
Good memories. Bad memories. Our personal story.
Can you imagine the number of memories we really store in our brains? Like a library organized with sections, and rows of information.
Each memory so vivid and detailed with people, places, sights, smells, and feelings.
Create memories!!! Be Happy!!!
Have you ever caught yourself watching a tv show and something too relateable happens and you burst into tears? That good, home-hitting sadness that makes you feel like the actors are portraying your life or speaking to you.
I often think we need those good hard cries, and when it is in a tv show I think it gives us that reassurance that we are not alone.
Do you often have those thoughts of reverting back to being a child?
When we had no responsibilities other than maybe a household chore. When we didn’t have to pay any bills.
Being an adult is an enormous task, but we all have to do it.
I recommend enjoying those little things and have an occasional carefree moment……like when we were kids!
It seems like every blue moon there comes a morning that I wake up and feel completely refreshed. It’s like a weight gets lifted and I have a new outlook on my day.
What causes this refreshing feeling? Is this something I control in my subconscious? Do I have the power to feel this way more often?
We all would love to wake up feeling refreshed every morning. My goal is to find what gives me that refreshing feeling.
